About this house sitting position in ALDAVILLA

LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WITH THEIR OWN CARAVAN/MOTOR HOME AND WOULD LIKE TO SETTLE FOR A FEW MONTHS.
We have a small farm of 36.5 acres in a lovely rural area 10 minutes out of Kempsey. Approx 20 minute to Crescent Head, 30 min to South West Rocks, 40 min Port Macqaurie or Wauchope. Our fur family consist of 3 x cats, 2 x dogs (Maltese = Millie & Kelpie = Rebel), 5 x Quarter horses and a few cattle. We would need the cats and dogs to be fed and loved but we consider them to be low maintenance and are contained in the house yard. The horses might require a quick feed night and morning to facilitate rugging/unrugging depending on weather. The cattle might require feeding, depending on the weather. We would prefer to find sitters that have their own caravan as we are hoping to find some one willing to settle here for approx 3 months or longer if suitable. During that time we would be here for days or weeks and then having to go again. It would be great to know our sitters would be able to take over animal care when we can't be here. Due to my health and my husband being very busy we would also be very pleased to find people prepared help with some chores like ride on mowing and other jobs around our property = approximately 5 - 8 hours a week when needed (This would be a very flexible arrangement for both of us and very open to discussion). In return you will have a lovely, peaceful, private powered site. We really value our peace and privacy and would be very respectful of yours. Please note we are still in the process of renovating our 100 year old house. Our property is very peaceful with lovely views and close to all amenities. We only require sitters for the dates listed below but are happy for sitters to arrive early and to stay longer if they need to especially if they would consider helping out as described above.
