Evaporative air conditioner and overhead fans. Wood fire and full supply of wood. Large garden and outdoor area. We have unlimited data on NBN and wifi, printer, TV, Streaming services. Off street parking . Our priority is our elderly Blue Healer (Female) who has a medication schedule and needs two short walks a day. Low maintenance, cute dog with very easy going nature.
