About this house sitting position in Alkimos Beach

Pet/house sitter required for 4year old loving golden retreiver . We live in a 3 year old single storey,with small neat gardens. 45 mins North of Perth.
10 minutes walk to beach,small shopping centre which includes gym and restaurant. 5 minutes drive to train station (direct to Perth). Golf course nearby. Prefer sitter/sitters to be either retired or only working part time as we don't like to leave him all day.
