About this house sitting position in Amiens

Moving away in Aug and need someone to dog-chook-house sit until my brother can move in full-time in Dec. 3 border collies (twice daily feeds and walks on the property) + 7 bantams (daily feeds) on 56 acres on the Granite Belt about 12mins drive from Stanthorpe. I have friends nearby to help feed animals for short getaways (3-4 days) so you can explore the area a bit or get a dose of the big city when necessary. My youngest dog Ruka is blind and loves chasing her ball and going for walks, her grandmother Kali needs monthly arthritis injections at a nearby vet. Kali's son Blue is entire & a bit jealous so I can't have sitters with pets, sorry! House is small but has everything you need (except wifi, which I'll get if it's a dealbreaker - I've just been successfully hot-spotting from my telstra phone for 3 yrs). External stairs to get into house but all on one level once you're there. Fully off grid with solar system, water tanks, instant gas hot water and wood fired heating stove with bonus oven. Dogs are inside/outside - they have free rein except in winter when I keep doors closed against cold and they stay in overnight. Some watering of fruit trees required when we get to spring, otherwise no gardening (I'll get yard lawn mowed).
