About this house sitting position in Andergrove

Low set brick corner block entrance to Cul de sac. Solar, air conditioning. Close to supermarkets and shopping centers, short drive to beautiful Mackay Harbourt, Slade point, Eimeo, blacks beach to mention a few. 2 hour drive to rainforest through pioneer valley to Eungella. Gardner mows laws fortnightly or 3 weeks, Plenty of tools and mower etc in 6 metre shed, lovely tropical garden,fully fenced. Big outdoor living area. I have a cross cattle dog, corgi (spud) a real "dude" who gets on well with other dogs and craves a walk each day but will accept every second day. At present he has his space in the house, no bedrooms, lounge or kitchen (he knows). I have a huge jacaranda tree and hedges trimmed by a gardner using my tools. I am recently widowed and am now travelling. I will leave instructions re house cleaning (easy) Happy to have resident sitter day before i.e. 1 April to 23 April.
