Friendly, relaxed animals: one gentle Labrador, one cuddly Burmese cat and 3 cheerful chooks. Bushy cottage garden (you’re welcome to do some gardening, but no obligation!) Lovely views. Friendly (landlord) farmers live 300 metres away, near enough for comfort, far enough for privacy. 10km from nearest shops.
