Two B/R Townhouse in a complex of 12.Very quiet neighborhood.Fully furnished and well stocked food pantry/fridge etc.I'm 3 min from the main shopping strip which has a baker,supermarket(Spar),butcher,pub and newsagent.There is also public transport (bus) that can take you to Nelson Bay and Salamander Bay.Birubi Beach is 3 min away from my front door together with the Stockton Sand Dunes
Gizmo (11yo) needs a walk every day and my garden (small) needs watering every 3rd day (depending on weather).The unit has all amenities and there's no other tasks required of you.Two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and downstairs another bathroom and kirchen,dinning room,lounge and laundry.
