Luxury modern home, fabulous BBQ/outdoor kitchen, 2 doors from Swan River, 10 min drive to Perth CBD, 10 min drive Fremantle. Very quiet location and friendly neighbourhood. Prefer retired couple or mature lady happy to spend lot of time with our 9yo Maltese X Chanel. She loves lots of TLC and daily walks. Prefer local sitter not needing to sight-see or go out lots as Chanel frets when left alone. No gardening or other duties required, just look after our house and more importantly our precious Chanel
