We have a four bedroom, 2 bathroom home with sunny lounge and deck area. House is situated half way between Geelong and Torquay in a newly established estate. Public bus runs through the estate and closest train station is 10min drive. Local shops 15min walk or 2 min drive including supermarket and number of cafes and takeaway food options. 15min drive to Torquay beach the estate has a coastal feel with walking paths running along the creek through the estate.
We have a very affectionate 4 year old cat who loves company that would need to be very well looked after during your stay. He would need to be locked inside before dark and let out in the mornings. Easy to maintain garden and lawns that may need one trim during this period. Small quiet street with parking in the driveway available.
