About this house sitting position in Armstrong Creek

3 year old 4 bedroom two bathroom home with double garage (with my car parked inside, so yours will need to be parked out the front). We have a 4 year old female golden Labrador named Pogo, who lives inside (not in bedrooms or on furniture, only in tiled living areas). She goes to the toilet in the garage on fake grass overnight, but loves to be let outside during the day if you're home and sleeping on the deck in the sun.

House is in a new subdevelopment of Geelong, close to shops and ovals and accessible to Melbourne by train (approx an hour from Geelong to Melbourne by train).

Just need the house maintained really, no major works to be done. The back lawn (about the size of a nature strip) may need mowing a couple of times - we have an electric mower which can be used, and if you want to weed occasionally that would be great. Other than that, maintenance only is fine.

We're heading overseas and need someone to look after our house and furbaby while we're away.

We have a friend sitting for us before and after this period, so you will collect keys from her.
