Dog Lovers only please.
Taking care of the dogs is of prime importance to me.
Gold Coast house on 1/5 acre approx in a short cul de sac.
We live in our house, it's not a castle but it’s home.
A Cocker Spaniel family, Bailey, Miss Millie and Mr Beau, their sister Paris lives next door.
They swim daily at the Broadwater beach just 2 ½ km away then walk in the park to dry out a little where they meet new people, regular friends and children.
About once a week to the Spit on the other side of the Broadwater they get great exercise off lead chasing seagulls and the ball while cooling off in the surf, then across the road for swimming in the Broadwater as it’s off leash on that side.
Half a MacDonalds ice cream each to finish off on the way home, I eat half of each first!
The car is permanently set up for them with doona & towels in the back to keep it all simple and easy to clean.
Although one person can handle it, the task possibly suits an active retired couple ideally, the dogs are very loving and used to having me around all day, going with me most times I head out.
They’re a very close family who all get on well together so I need you to spend a day or so with us prior to my leaving to ensure they settle ok. They are gentle, quiet dogs who love a good run off lead at a nearby dog park or swim in the Broadwater. Great with children too.
It's important of course that I can show you their routines but I have allowed for that within the dates shown.
The dogs are very obedient and give lots of love and like to be appreciated.
You’d need to be company for the dogs most of the day - they love to be around people and involved - that's what they're used to,
At night once again they join me no matter what I'm doing; they sit with me or sleep nearby, if I work in the office they'll all move to that area too.
They are used to being left inside for up to 3 - 4 hrs but no more than that - it's not a feed the dogs and lock them up on their own all day type of sit.
Good neighbours, close to all amenities including G/C Hospital, the Broadwater, Harbour-town Shopping Centre and lots more.
Very convenient location, Southport, Surfers, Runaway Bay and Helensvale just 5-15 mins away.
Broad-water 2.5 Km away, Spit about 7 kms, Aldi situated on road to Broadwater too.
