Large living area, formal dining, tile fire, woodfloors, high ceilings, verandahs West and North side, outside laundry on 15 acres opposite estuary. Very nice landlord lives next door. One 14old cat to take care of, pot plants to water, chooks to feed/water and let out and close in every day. 10 mins to shopping centre, 25 mins to Bunbury city and close to beaches
