Lounge, family room, dining and kitchen. Pergola. Fully fenced and gated. Requirements - to keep the property in good condition. To respect the ornaments and book collection. There is a study too. Someone who would keep the property as in good as condition as you find it for 3 months. Pay for incoming bills eg gas, electricity, pool. I need someone with high standards and respect for my property I lieu of rent. No pets.
