About this house sitting position in Balaklava

Large old home with a verandah all around, large garden most on auto water system. Enclosed back yard with gates which must be closed at all times. House built on 1906. Have reverse cycle heating and cooling plus a wood heater for the winter. We have a red heeler/staffy called Nugget, she is about 10yrs old, a cat called Gem about 3yrs old, she only comes inside at night. nugget also sleeps inside at night, will also come inside most of the time, loves a walk. There are also 3 cages of budgies which need water and feed done. garbage bins to be put out weekly. Mail delivered and a local paper plus a sunday paper delivered.
