About this house sitting position in BALGOWLAH HEIGHTS

Hi, we are a family living in Sydney's Northern Beaches (Balgowlah Heights), just a few minutes walk from beautiful harbour beaches and the Spit to Manly Walk. We have a 4 bedroom house and relatively large garden including a pool. Note that this is a family home, normally occupied by two children and animals, so you should not expect a 5 star hotel experience. What you should expect is a comfortable, well-loved home and lots of affection and attention from the furry residents.

Included in the package are two cats who mostly sleep in the sun all day, some fish, two very chatty birds, and a Golden Retriever who craves company. She is pretty lazy these days and likes her sleep A LOT, but would need walks most days and lots of attention and love. She would also enjoy some play time at one of the local doggy beaches or parks, but mostly she just loves being with people. Ideally we would prefer either a couple or single who is home a lot during the day and evening, as she can get anxious if we are not home. Thunderstorms are particularly difficult for her. She is on daily medication for anxiety, but loves having her pill, so there's no problem getting her to take it.

You would have your own self-contained bedroom and bathroom, with access to the rest of the house, but given the layout of the house, it would not really be suitable for families. We have wireless internet and off-street parking available. Read more...
