About this house sitting position in Ballina

We are a share house in Central Ballina Looking for someone or couple to caretake. For this position you have to have your own Caravan. We can arrange for caravan to be parked on site to Live in. No gardening just lawn maintenance and general house cleaning. tenants are required to clean up after themselves however works better when someone is around. Put bins out etc.
We have four rooms and we advertise on flatmates you can check as out on Flatmates .com if you like. We are not a party house all tenants are required to be working/studying or both. tenants are not allowed to bring friends back to the guest house and we are a non-smoking premises inside and out. There is a well set up kitchen, two living areas and separate boys and Girls Toilets and Shower’s Works well.

I can just fit my van under,(2020 Van Cruiser 16.7 ft HTO ) it’s a full van and off road but for bigger Vans plenty of room in the driveway which is considered ok my the Ballina Council.
I have Traveled myself a lot but want to stay on the road for extended periods so this position would be available to the right people for as long as they would like. Read more...
