About this house sitting position in Ballina

Large home located on canal system in Ballina,
I have a Labrador and a Golden Retriever that require walking regularly and they are very strong, so will require a fit and active person to control them.

The home is a 5 bedroom home with patio overlooking the canals with jetty. Also contains a self contained apartment available for friends/relatives/sitters for short or long term accommodation for the right person.
Looking for a reliable house sitter that will be called upon occasionally to facilitate trips away. Prefer somebody local to this area as would like to develop a long term association with the right sitter or provide in home accommodation to suitable applicants.
Would prefer that the sitter either works from home, or is retired and financially stable, with clean and sober habits and is a non smoker.
