About this house sitting position in Banks Pocket

We live on approx.2 acres, a corner block fully fenced, in ground pool, 6x6 shed and caravan annexe off shed. We have a 4 bedroom brick house, tiled except for bedrooms, ensuite and bathroom, media room, covered back patio, 2 street frontage. We have tank water with a full house filtration system with trickle feed from the council when water gets low. We have NBN coverage and mobile connectivity. We live 5-10 mins from the main street, 45 mins to Noosa, 60m mins to Rainbow Beach and Fraser Island and 2hrs to Brisbane. We are looking for house sitters, a couple, that are house proud and will look after our house as if it was their own house, are neat and tidy, water our plants, and mow when necessary - we have a zero turn mower and push mower and whipper snipper. While house sitting we did not wish to have other people staying at our house while you are house sitting. Please supply references.
