About this house sitting position in Bargo

Hi, we are looking for someone or a couple to look after our house , two dogs and some birds.
The house is on an 18 acre bush block backing onto crown land .
The house is 30 years old , three bedroom .
The location is 5 minutes drive from local shops , medical centre , restaurants. 30 minutes from the Southern Highlands, 45 minutes from Wollongong and about 60 minutes from Sydney.
The house has AirCon , wood heater , dryer, dishwasher , 50" TV , DVD player , CD player , Satellite Internet (bit slow) and WiFi .
There is limited mobile phone reception.
The house uses tank water run via electric water pump.
Ideally we need someone who is handy with repairs an can look after issues such as falling trees or limbs due to the location of the house.
Our neighbour is very friendly and is willing to help out anyone staying who needs help or guidance on where to get things if need be.
Our two dogs are an 11 year old male Labrador Cross and a 7 year old Female Border Collie cross. Both are pound puppies and do suffer some abandonment issues when we are away and are scared of thunderstorms.They are indoor/outdoor dogs. So we need someone who is patient and caring with our dogs.
They require walking every other day.
Note our dogs have not been properly socialised with other dogs ( other than our neighbours) so bringing a dog is not recommended.
We have a cockatiel house bird plus an aviary that will require feeding and water .
There is limited places for a caravan if required , probably a maximum size of 18ft would fit . Read more...
