About this house sitting position in Barton

I have a cosy sunny 2 bedroom apartment in an apartment block that is about 300m from the Parliamentary triangle and close to new and old Parliament House and iconic buildings such as Questacon ( where movies are screened outside at sunset); the National Library and the High Court. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the lake where you can enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets ( and in the warmer weather enjoy wine/coffee at pop up stands) and also walk to 2 shopping precincts ( Kingston and Manuka). The Fyshwick fresh food markets are a bus ride away. There is also a regular bus service on weekdays to Civic ( Canberra CBD).
You would have a separate room and bathroom as well as access to 1 car spot in the basement carpark. My fur baby Charlie who is nearly 14 is a treasured family member and loves people and company. I am looking to someone walking him/ letting him out regularly a few times a day and feeding him breakfast and dinner (he also needs to medication orally twice a day before meals). Charlie would also appreciate some company and pats and is a very sunny tempered/ loving dog. There are 2 small indoor plants to be watered.
Looking for non smokers please with preference for someone who works remotely/ from home or is retired or works close by to be able to come back so Charlie has company and can be taken out.
