About this house sitting position in Bathurst

This is a unique situation, as I am moving to Sydney for potentially 6+ months from end of January 2019 for work, and looking for some lovely people to house/pet sit in Bathurst NSW. Unfortunately I cannot take my two very friendly senior dogs with me and with consideration of this being a longer term house sit, I am hoping that you may consider a small weekly contribution of $150.00 towards regular utilities/expenses. My house is a comfortable two bedroom 1950's home with many original features. There is a small front and back garden which will require watering, mowing of lawns and perhaps some sweeping up of leaves from the big gum tree in the front. So that you can get away to see other sights in the area and not feel completely tied down with the dogs, I would like to travel from Sydney, potentially every two or three weeks or by other arrangement which would suit us both, to give you the opportunity of getting away. The arrangements are all very flexible and happy to discuss as and when.
There is great walking nearby and the Blue Mountains only 1hr 15min. Bathurst is a very historic town with lots of gardens and historic places of interest. The Macquarie River runs through the town as well which there is a walking path around. If you would like additional photos, I can send these separately.
