Small self contained cottage with a new modern kitchen on two acre property in quiet semi-rural location. One bedroom available (the other is my sewing room). Elderly blue dog who spends a fair bit of time sleeping indoors and requires only gentle ball games due to a previous leg injury. Prefer someone who is at home much of the time and who is vaccinated.
