two-bedroom weatherboard house on one level with one bathroom and a large garden
There is also a very good view of the Derwent River and Mount Wellington. We have an elderly cat who is in good health and needs to be fed and whose cat litter needs to be changed. We also have house-plants that need to be watered. We would also like the mail collected.
