About this house sitting position in Bensville

The house is a double brick, country style open plan house with back and front veranda, set on almost 3 acres of land and includes a large salt water swimming pool. The pool is on a timer so the only thing you may need to do there is fill it if the humidity is bad.
The household includes:
1 Swiss White Shepherd (7 years old) who is spoilt rotten and loves food and having his numerous balls thrown for him;
1 horse (a mare) who is now a retired 'pet' and needs feeding daily, her water filled when required, and rugging and de-rugging daily, depending on the weather;
1 cockatoo and 2 lorikeets. The birds need clean water and food daily (especially the cockatoo as the wild birds come down and feed openly from his cage).
We also feed an abundance of kookaburras, lorikeets, king parrots and other native birds - you don't have to do this unless you like the idea.
