We have a spacious, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground floor apartment with a private outdoor entertaining deck. The apartment is just steps away from Bentleigh Centre Road shopping district, with a vast array of bars, cafes, and retail shops. Bentleigh train station is less than a 5-minute walk, taking you into the CBD within 25 minutes.

The space:
The apartment has an open-plan living and dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen with a large island bench. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed and an en-suite with a rainfall shower. the second bedroom doubles as an office space and has a double-sized bed. There is a larger main bathroom situated just off the kitchen. The deck is fully fenced and there is a bbq available for use.

Garden-care required:
We have a few plants that require watering. There are fresh herbs available for you to use.

Pet-care required:
We have a 4 year-old, male, Pembroke Welsh Corgi named Murphy. His routine consists of 2 meals a day and a 30-minute walk, if weather permits. He is fully house-trained and has a big personality. He's fantastic company and is always up for a cuddle or a play.
