Modern 3 bedroom house with stunning views over Wallaga Lake towards Montague Island. Five minutes walk to the beach and clifftop path to Camel Rock. 8km north of Bermagui, a short drive or pleasant 2 hour walk to this picturesque and friendly town.
There is a compact low maintenance garden, a few house plants that need occasional watering and a small worm farm that thrives on household scraps. Solar boosted hot water and photovoltaic panels help keep the bills down.
We're planning a trip to the UK and Europe to visit children and grandchildren, and would like somebody to enjoy our place while we're away.
