About this house sitting position in Bibra Lake

Hi! We are Laurie and Rolf.

Our home is a 4 by 2 fully renovated house on a very large (around 870 sq metres) in a quiet, family friendly cul de sac. We are located 16 km from Perth CBD, bus and train nearby, and about the same distance from the Port of Fremantle.

We have a large pool, fruit trees and a veggie patch. The pool area is wired with speakers, as is the kitchen, so you can link in to Spotify etc. through your phone to listen to music.

Inside, the house has a projector and screen in the theater room, grand piano in the living room and several other TVs throughout the house. Our internet is exceptionally fast (business plan).

Our neighbors are very pleasant and helpful. In fact, our neighbors across the street are the parents of our son's fiancé. Next door are a professional couple (nurse and physiotherapist) with 3 children under 6.

Requirements - simply, clean and look after the house and house plants, and love the pets.

Police clearance required, thanks.

We have an outside pond that requires checking and a pump clean out now and again and the Koi fish will need feeding periodically.

We also have an inside freshwater aquarium that will require feeding.

Most importantly, we have a 11 kilo dog, Rosie, who is gentle and LOVES walks (great cafe just down the hill from us that makes great coffee - she loves to go there). We also have a miniature schnauzer, Hygge, who is a sweet gentleman. He will be a year and a few months old in July. You will also need to look after Habibi, another mini schnauzer who is a few months younger than Hyggie. Habibi is the brother from another mother to Hyggie as we raised both schnauzers for their first 7 weeks of life in Perth as young puppies. Habibi is our friends' pup and we will be joining them for this trip, hence the additional pup.

We also have a 2 year old Eclectus Parrot, Ernie. He requires a special diet with just a few restrictions. We will leave you instructions, of course. Ernie is gentle, speaks well, whistles and is very entertaining.
