Hi my duplex details 3x1 aircon. Close to shops & public transport. 5 mins walk to the river. 10 mins beach & Fremantle. Ivy my 4 yr old cocker spaniel & 2 indoor cats need x 2 meals daily. Indoor cat tray needs to be cleaned. Ivy loves a daily walk and gets excited when you arrive home. Treat my property as it is your own & be comfortable and enjoy
