Hi there. We are a family of 4 and live in beautiful Big Pats Creek. It is about 5 minutes drive from the lovely small town of Warburton. We are surrounded by rivers, mountains, beautiful walks, waterfalls, farming land and rainforrest. We are also about 5 mins drive to the bottom of Mt Donna Buang , which has snow for taboggoning when snow falls to about 900 Metrres. (check snow reports) . The tobogonning is FREE !! We are also within minutes of beautiful creeks and many swimming spots along the yarra river. Warburton is home to many cute cafes and galleries and is situated right on the river. We live in a large renovated 1950's weatherboard house that is warm or cool ( as needed) and comfortable, with 3 fireplaces, overhead fans ( summer and winter use ), aircon/ heating, and many windows overlooking the garden. We live on 4 acres and are visited regularly by native parrots. We are looking for a sitter who enjoys animals, to stay at our place and care for our very low maintenance animals for a short while.

We have chooks, 2 rabbits and a duck who can stay in their very large enclosure for a few days at at time.

We have 2 border collie who sleep and play happily outside. They are happy on their run for a few hours if you go out or in another large pen together. WE are looking after a friends border collie and she may or may not be here at the time of the house sit.

We have a king charles cavalier and a poodle pup who is happy playing outside with the other dogs and sleeps in her pen outside .

We are looking for a house sitter who is a nonsmoker, clean and neat in the home, with no pets, and preferably a single person or a couple. We are keen for someone who feels comfortable keeping an eye on the pups too, but not necessarily staying home all day. the mother doc looks after them well. If you are interested in spending some time at our home, enjoying the beautiful natural environment of the area we live in, swimming in the river, enjoying the snow when its there, and feel comfortable looking after our animals we would love to hear from you.
