5 acres of bush with a 5x2, wrap around verandah and small above ground pool (no care will be required)
We have 3 easy dogs who only require food and love but do love walks (but not essential)
And then there are 5 chook runs on Automatic water. So they will need feeding and egg collecting.
The garden should be fine given we will beaway in winter.
