I am flexible on dates.

Very private, semi-rural 1940's bungalow on 1.3 acres within easy walking distance to the small town of Bindoon, 50km to historical New Norcia, 52km to Toodyay and approx 80km (1 hour) from Perth.

The house has two double bedrooms, one bathroom (with large bath and separate shower), large farm style kitchen, lounge (with TV and open fire place) and dining room. The house has wooden floors and french doors in the main rooms which overlook a wide timber verandah and garden. WiFi is available and reliable.

There are a lot of trees, vegetable garden on automatic reticulation (help yourself to veges if there are any), deep pond with fish (no care required), 3 friendly alpacas (super easy to take care of) and 8 friendly chickens (you can help yourself to the eggs as well).

All food for the animals will be provided - you just need to make sure that the chickens and alpacas have clean drinking water (the alpacas have a self-watering system set up), feed the chickens twice a day, the alpacas once a day and make sure that the gates and chicken coop are secured each evening. The chickens can free range during the afternoons if you are home

No gardening required.

No children please due to a deep, un-fenced pond. Also, no pets please - they make the alpacas anxious.

A car is needed as even though Bindoon is a tiny town and walkable, there is no public transport to explore the beautiful Chittering Valley. There is a bus 3-4 times per week between Perth and Bindoon.
