Situated halfway between Adelaide city (6kms) and Glenelg (beach) our easy to care for villa style home is an easy stroll to the train (5min) or tram (15min), several cafes and adjacent a greenway/bike path if you enjoy cycling. Lovely garden and off-street parking for one car.
Our aged cat Henry, sleeps 22 hours a day and enjoys being brushed along with some attention.
