About this house sitting position in Blackwood
Home in the hills with garden. Have one dog (1 1/2 years old).
We are going away for a month in Dec - Jan. We dont want to leave our dog in a shelter. Prefer for someone who likes dogs, who likes walking, to house-sit for us.

“Our stay at Kasthuri & family’s was a wonderful experience. We met them a few weeks before we were due to stay as we were on a sit in a nearby town & arranged to pop in. It felt like we’d known them for ages, a very welcoming & friendly family.
Kasthuri had left important info/phone numbers etc, as well as some homemade biscuits & a gift for Luca (we were staying over Christmas) when we arrived. A very thoughtful gesture which we really appreciated. For nature lovers like ourselves the home setting was just perfect, a stunning area.
Koda was an absolute joy to look after, he’s the most intelligent dog we’ve ever known! He’s very affectionate & gentle & it was a teary goodbye when it was time to leave. He & Luca were inseparable!
This was our first Christmas away from home in the UK, we couldn’t have spent it in a better place. Fabulous memories for all of us, thank you Kasthuri. We’d jump at the chance to look after Koda again.” - Read more
