The home is a single storey 3 bedroom cottage on 2400 square metres. Walking distance to a service station, about 1km to the main street. Very low maintenance home.
Two cats require feeding once a day, litter emptied and changed and fresh water. They are both middle aged and love a pat and to sleep on the bed. They are inside cats but if it's warm and dry outside they'll go out the front for a bit during the day if you want.
One beagle x dog gets fed once a day and walked daily. He's very friendly, loves a pat, loves to play ball and likes to spend a bit of time inside before bed.
