Older style home, gym on property, above ground swimming pool, netflix, foxtel, stan, prime streaming channels, WiFi. needing a housesitter to babysit, 1 macaw, 1 black cockatoo, 1 lorikeet and 1 sphynx cat. Cat is strictly inside has an automated plumbed litter box, no need to change or clean. Feed cat 2 times a day. Birds make sure have fresh water and feed per day. Very close to to lake (lake maquarie). Close to beaches, shops, national parks. swimming pool will need pump turned on when not in use.
