About this house sitting position in Boro
My husband and I live in a very small home (while we are building a wonderful new home by hand) on 100 private and undulating acres located an hour from Canberra. Our family consists of Tiki, 7 year old sausage dog, and 2 cats, Friday and Shelly, and 4 happy horses. The horses are largely sufficient and just need checking twice per day. Tiki is primarily inside and goes out several times a day for the loo and to sunbake in nice weather. The catties come and go when we are at home and the weather is favourable. Tiki and the catties get fed twice a day.
The house is a small 2br and we are completely off grid (minimal limitations but we can explain to anyone interested). We also have a BNB which will be vacant when we are away, but I would be happy to gift a stay for our house sitters when we are home. I've put a photo, it's a glamping stay with outdoor cinema and wood fires, outdoor hot tub, called Unique Date Night at Silver Lane if you are curious. The kitchen may be being installed in the new house while we are away if timing can't be adjusted.
In April we are heading to qld for a week to be part of my brother's wedding. We would like to find someone to come and relax on our farm and take care of our babies while we are away so we know they are happy and safe.
