We have a low maintenance non smoking home . It’s highset - so single level living upstairs, laundry downstairs, secure home. 3 mins walk to the foreshore with lovely walking paths.
Bus stop nearby to sandgate centre.
Off street parking for a caravan & car or two cars. Lovely friendly nosey neighbours.
We have an affectionate golden retriever boy who lives indoors . I normally work from home and ours kids play with him a lot.
So he needs someone available during the day to take him for a stroll, let him out for the loo and attend to his demands for pats and attention. He can handle being left alone for about 4hrs if he’s been walked so you won’t be tied to the house all day.
He walks well on a leash, doesn’t go to dog parks or off leash activities though as he’s cheeky.
He’s 7 yrs old and very chilled.
