About this house sitting position in Brisbane

Hi, We are taking a 6 week trip to Europe and are looking for a reliable and friendly housesitter to watch our dogs and stop our house from falling over.
The dogs:
We have 2 small white fluffy boys (Spot and Eugene) Spot is a Shitzu x Lhasa Apso, and Eugene is a Maltese x King Charles Cavalier. Both loving and friendly doggos.
They are used to having someone at the house working from home 4 out of 5 days but are ok to be left alone while you go to work.
The house:
Large 2 bedroom Queenslander, huge living and dining, comfortable and nice office area if you need to work from home. Back deck with BBQ, and a pool (although probably won't be swimming weather) with a huge rumpus room downstairs. The kitchen and bathroom are old but everything works well. Lock up garage suitable for a small car (as our car will be left in there and 2 large ones won't fit)
(note only the guest room will be available for sleeping so probably not suitable for people who need separate rooms)
Bus stop directly in front of the house, and the train station 600m away. 5 minutes to Garden City, less than 15 minutes to Brisbane city without traffic. 2 coffee shops within a few hundred metres.
We will have the yard maintained while we are away. So all that is required of a sitter is to stay and watch the dogs.

Keep the place tidy
Take out the rubbish
Feed the dogs
