About this house sitting position in BROOMAN

Hello
I know this is short notice but we are hoping you may be available to house/pet sit for ten days commencing May 2nd
Our 30 acre property is situated on the pristine fresh water Clyde River at Brooman on the NSW south coast; 35km from Milton & Ulladulla & 20km west of beautiful Bawley beaches. We are looking for the right people to care for our much-loved animals; 2 dogs (a moodle and a kelpie), Brien & Mindy the very friendly donkey, 2 aloof alpacas, chooks… & keep an eye on things in our absence.
We live in a very cosy 3 bedroom weatherboard cottage set in an acre of beautiful garden, with a stunning backdrop of ancient hardwood forest. It is very special slice of paradise, away from neighbours and the crowds, yet not far away from many varied day trips. This is a great opportunity for the right people. The property is off grid and well set up with solar, has plenty of water, firewood, wifi & is very comfortable. I’m not going to put up photos for the general public to view but if you are interested I am happy to do a walk through video on messenger or what’s app before you decide. In the interim feel free to check out our Airbnb – google the bush hut at Brooman. We’ll block out the calendar whilst we are away.
If you feel this may suit you let’s talk further.
Looking forward to hearing from you
Thank you
Julie

“Sitting at Brooman was a joy.
The two dogs were no trouble at all. Cooper is old and happy to just follow you around and enjoyed being patted, and sleeping beside the bed at night.
Wip loves a walk in the morning and is then happy to be outside for the day and help put the chickens in at night.

The home is a classic olden day bush house, and like the bed ,comfortable and cosy.
The four paddock animals needed only water checked and donkey ears scratched, and the chooks were easily managed.
Small vegetable gardens were easily cared for.

Bob and Julie are wonderful people, who left clear written instructions and communicated well throughout my stay.
Thank you Julie and Bob for
the opportunity for a quiet retreat from the world in the company of your fur babies, it was so lovely to meet you all. Xo
