About this house sitting position in Budgewoi

Comfortable large open plan 4 bedroom home and 2 very affectionate dogs in NSW beach & lake side suburb.

Close to shops, beach, short distance to major shopping centres, restaurants and national parks. Relaxed 40 min drive North to Newcastle or South to Terrigal. Fully enclosed private back yard, loads of parking out front. Foxtel, Wifi, all mod cons & great friendly neighbours.

Looking for non smoking people with experience and common sense to look after home and fur children. No gardening required, just keep the house occupied, feed the dogs twice a day, make sure they are ok, walk them if you're keen, water the plants once a week, & thats about it really.

Im just being fair dinkum here, our dogs are very well behaved, sleep most of the day, follow us like shadows but they are staffords & as such I cant guarantee they will get on with other dogs so unfortunately you wont be able to bring any pets sorry. Kids are fine, they have never shown any aggression to humans of any age or size ever. Also I won't say you have to have a car but Id advise you bring one if you want to get around.
