Large 5 bedroom house on small acerage. Well set up for children. We have 3 large and friendly dogs (2 inside who are accustomed to sleeping on our bed, and one outside), chickens and 2 ponies. Lots of land around for walking and exploring. 4 minute drive from town with lots of services and cafes. 30 minutes from Canberra, 1.5 hours from south coast beaches.
