About this house sitting position in Burnside

After a a change in circumstances from my original booked house sitters and them cancelling,....I'm readveritising on here....now I've found my original ad...
Please only reply to this add...if you can actually do the housesit, as it's getting nearer to our holiday...and this is the 2 nd time I've been let down
I need someone mature, an experienced house sitter/s with references & police checks, very responsible and caring to walk, & feed my 14 year old, much loved Jack Russell terrier - Lucy and cat-Annie, to take in mail, mow the lawns( 800 mt block), tidy the garden, generally keep our house clean& tidy whilst we are on holiday in the UK for 6 weeks
You would be caring for Lucy- my small Jack Russell that requires a daily walk, only a small one to stretch her legs...although since she has got older, sometimes she just snoozes in the afternoon...or sits and passes the day away on the balcony.
We have a fenced backyard, but she is never left there when we're out of the house...she is an indoor dog, she was bitten by an Eastern brown snake when we lived elsewhere a couple of years ago, survived after 4 days in the vet surgery... so consequently I do not allow her in the garden on her own for any extended periods, I am very cautious with her....I have owned her from being 11 weeks old and brought her with us when we emigrated from the UK.
Lucy is also deaf and partially blind, so when she is walked, she remains on a lead at all times, as she cannot hear, and has previously wandered off before I realised how deaf she was, she became very frightened....having said all this, she is very easy to look after....
Also my cat -Annie ( orphan Annie as I call her) who adopted us at our last rental house, so we brought her along with us, she is mainly an outdoor cat,sleeping underneath the house or in a bush in the garden, she never wanders very far,but occasionally spends time inside,weather dependant, especially in winter, where she snoozes in a cupboard, so she has a litter tray that may need occasionally refreshing/ changing, she is pretty much self caring, a typical cat.
We live on the Sunshine Coast, just in the hinterland around 20 minutes from the beautiful villages of Mapleton & Montville, 5 minutes drive from Nambour shopping area...and 20 mins to the local beaches of Mooloolaba ,Coolum & Maroochydore.We live in a quiet cul de sac in a 4 bed house, with lovely neighbours.You will have your own double bedroom & bathroom, wifi is throughout the house, we do not have cable to, just the normal free view.
We plan on holidays Easter 2017 for 6 weeks. I don't mind if someone wanted to stay a couple of days earlier to get used to everything, this is not a problem
