Beautiful 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom villa in the midst of a large nature reserve in a little estate in Caravonica, Far North Queensland. Relax in the spacious double sun lounge in the backyard and enjoy the view over a stunning lake side with plenty of turtles and a huge variety of bird life. Or go for a walk along the lake side and find two more large and pet-friendly lakes surrounding the area with walkways and benches to rest. On the other side of the house, just steps away from the front entrance , a large covered swimming pool invites you to refresh and enjoy the view to the rainforest covered mountains. The bright villa itself features 3 bedrooms, open plan living, a brand new kitchen, two bathrooms, one with shower and one with shower and bath and one separate toilet.
Two minutes drive away is a big shopping centre with a big variety of shops and a new Event Cinema theatre complex. You are located at the Northern End of Cairns where a number of beautiful beaches stretch along the coastline all the way to famous Port Douglas. It’s a short drive to the beautiful Inner City of Cairns. The nearest beach to the house is about 5 minutes drive away. Sky rail to Kuranda in the tablelands and the Aboriginal Culture Park Tjapukai are just around the corner. The oldest rainforest in the world, Daintree, is about 1/12 hours drive north and a great day trip opportunity . A huge variety of other tourist attractions, including the Great Barrier Reef cruise terminal, are all a short drive away. You will LOVE your stay here!
