About this house sitting position in Calliope

I require a caring and responsible house sitter for my 3-bedroom, 1-bath house and 9yo female cat.

She was a rescue I've had for about 6years and is still skittish around new people, so she tends to hide until she feels comfortable. She likes attention when it suits her. As a result, the sitter cannot bring their own animals.
She is to be fed half a container of Dine in the morning when you wake up (she's not known to wake you up) and the other half around 6 PM, (she will let you know) with a small amount of biscuits available to her during the day. For some reason she has claimed a cup in the bathroom as hers for her water needs.

No mowing required as I have a regular mower man. However, given the simplicity of the sit I would appreciate some weeding.

Walk:
Across the road there is one a shopping complex that has a real estate office, takeaway, bakery, laundromat, and a couple other shops.
Behind that complex there is another complex that has Drake's Supermarket, a coffee shop, pizza shop, butcher, chemist, doctor, and more.
350m top of my street on the other side of the highway is Calliope Bowling Club

4 mins to McDonalds at Calliope Travel Centre
6 mins to Calliope Golf Club
13 mins to Bunnings complex
14 mins to Gladstone Airport
18 mins to Coles, Woolworths, Kmart, Big W, McDonald's, and many other stores.
20 mins to Gladstone Railway Station
21 mins to Spinnaker Park Cafe by the waterfront and Gladstone Marina Parklands.
21 mins to Awoonga Dam recreational area
22 mins to East Shores Complex, with food and walks,
23 mins to Tannum Sands Beach
26 mins to Barney Point Beach which has an enclosed swimming area and picnic area

My property offers plenty of off-street parking, however, no carport or garage.
There is a fenced area for your car.
