About this house sitting position in Canberra

Dear house-sitters,
We have a pleasant 3 bed house at the foot of Mt Majura in Hackett, with one resident cat called Fanny and a garden. Close to shops and buses - 5 min walk to IGA and Thai restaurant . It’s green and leafy, with a giant elm out front and a large enclosed garden out the back. The bedrooms are newly carpeted and painted, and we have a new awesome king size bed and ecosa mattress that has changed our lives. The rest of the house is about to undergo renovation - very original 1960s condition but very clean and pleasant. Living areas are north facing, light and sunny. We are seeking a house sitter for two different periods: Jan 23 - about 2 Jan, and from 13 Jan to 20th. Dates can be slightly flexible if required.
