About this house sitting position in Cannonvale
Low set 9 year old home with garden and inground pool with shade sail. (Pool tech comes every 3 weeks) sitter will just need to top up pool water
Sitter will have their own nice quiet comfy room and bathroom
Perfect also if someone works remote or is studying as has a large office desk, net, chair, lamp, net if needed for work/ study etc
Kitchen has large fridge, juicer/ blender/ dishwasher/ microwave/ electric fry pan/ cooktop and all equipped and modern.
Combined kitchen and lounge room with large tv, and new comfy lounges to watch movies or tv
Aircond and fans throughout house to keep cool
Enjoy the lovely private Inground pool with shade sail and electric bbq
Airlie beach is apprx 5 min drive away - walks, cafes, pubs, fishing, shopping, swimming, beaches
Parking is in the driveway and can fit a 4 wd, small cvn.
Security screens on doors and windows and a nice safe family friendly area
