About this house sitting position in Cardiff Heights
We have a 3 bedroom house with a large yard, gardens and swimming pool. 1 bathroom and 2 garages. We live on a main road with bus stops out the front and we are 10 mins walk from Cardiff train station. We are 5 mins from John Hunter Hospital. And we are 10 mins from 3 major shopping centres. 10 mins drive to Lake and 20 mins to beaches. Hunter Valley Vineyards and Port Stephens are an hours drive away.
Our daughter lives in separate house on our property 50 metres down driveway, and we look after her Cocker Spaniel Zali between 7.15am and 5.30 while she is at work Mon - Fri. Ideally we would like Zali to be walked daily or taken to leash free park at the lake in our car, which is available for your use during your stay. She is an inside dog and loves being where you are.
Pool man comes monthly to clean and service pool..
We will need the lawns mowed and gardens weeded
