About this house sitting position in Carina, Brisbane

Hi,
I have a 4 year old female boxer & 2 adult cats. I live in a 3 bedroom duplex, 20 minutes drive to Brisbane CBD &/or Logan.
I also live opposite a large reserve & a 10 minute walk to a good dog park.
The dog needs a walk twice daily preferably. She is well behaved & house trained, just like the cats.
The cats are pretty low maintenance, they just need feeding & the occasional pat.
I like a clean house, so I expect that when I leave the house, the floors will be clean & dishes hand washed, surfaces clean, pets fed as they are used to.
Please contact me if you know how to keep a nice clean house & are happy to walk Daisy twice daily.
