Neat and tidy 3br brick home. Use of 1 bedroom (double bed), 1 bathroom plus all living, kitchen, laundry areas. Open plan home, beautiful new kitchen. Our home is located in a quiet street, close to shops and public transport. Our home has relaxing gardens, feel free to relax in your favourite spot or enjoy if your a green thumb. Would be great if you could water the plants a couple of times a week (weather pending).Fully fenced backyard.
NO WIFI or DRYER. NON SMOKING HOUSE.
We have a cat 'Serabi' she's 20 years old, so she likes cuddles and her own space sometimes. She doesn't require too much work, looking for a house sitter to be with her whilst we are away. Must be a cat person/people!
Air conditioned, gas wall heater, please keep the house neat and tidy, bring in the mail, bins in/out.
Police check preferred.
