We live in a 2 storey home. Offering 3 beds upstairs. Large relaxing deck with waterviews over lake maquarie. The home is a little older but has been renovated. Comfortable and airconditioned. We have 3 loving dogs a staffy, daschund and mini foxy. Located 10 mins to catherine hill bay beach walk to lake and state forest for walking. 30 mins to newcastle honeysuckle. 20 minute drive to swansea channel. Shopping centre 10minutes drive westfield tuggerah 20 mins. Doyalson rsl Club 10minutes with courtesy bus. Cafes a plenty. Bike tracks just behind us.
